Two new government entity types were added to eligible applicants: - **County governments** (ID 01) - **City or township governments** (ID 02) **Why it matters:** This significantly expands eligibility beyond the previous focus on higher education institutions, nonprofits, and businesses. Local and county governments can now apply for this funding opportunity, opening access to municipal entities and regional organizations that were previously excluded.

**Minor editorial changes.** The webinar registration link and Box recording link have been removed. Both versions contain identical program descriptions; the updates only strip HTML formatting tags and the "ADDITIONAL INFORMATION" section with time-sensitive webinar details (July 14th event). No changes to eligibility, requirements, scope, or objectives.

**One new applicant type added:** ID "13" - "Nonprofits that do not have a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education" is now eligible. **Impact:** This expands eligibility to nonprofit organizations without 501(c)(3) status, previously excluded. Applicants in this category can now apply.

**Minor formatting and added logistics.** The core program description remains unchanged. The update converts plain text to HTML formatting (paragraph tags) and **adds supplemental information**: a July 14th webinar registration link and notification that a recording will be available within 5-6 days afterward on a Box folder. **For applicants:** This provides new access to a live informational webinar and recorded resources—useful for understanding the NOFO before application, but no changes to eligibility, requirements, budget, or scope.
