• Response deadline extended: submissions now due 23 Oct 2026 at 2:00 PM JST, up from 21 Oct 2026 at 1:00 PM. Applicants gain two days.
• CLIN 0001/1001 (program management): scope rewritten to cover platform access, registration, brackets, standings, live match administration, dispute resolution, technical advisory and coaching support, regular-season broadcasting, and monthly updates for 12 participating high schools. Championship activities are explicitly excluded.
• CLIN 0002/1002 (championship): scope defined as event planning, on-site administration, setup, championship broadcast via DoWEA's YouTube account, and closeout. Contractor travel is included, and championship equipment will be Government-furnished.
• CLIN 0003 (college recruitment): added as an as-needed line item under PWS Section 2.6, priced per student "Each" on firm-fixed unit pricing. Estimated quantities are not guaranteed, and orders are subject to minimum and maximum limits.
• Other changes: quantities for CLINs 5001-5003 were revised to a six-month ordering period, a minimum order requirement was added under FAR 52.216-19, FAR 52.217-3 was removed, and past performance page limits were revised.

Why it matters: bidders must price the championship and college recruitment lines separately and avoid double-counting broadcasting and program support. Travel costs now sit in the championship CLIN, and the minimum order and unguaranteed quantities affect revenue forecasting.
