• The updated description contains only a one-line summary ("Supply procurement for project build") and a general subject of "Construction material." None of the itemized CLIN quantities, technical specifications, brand-name or "brand name or equal" language, or delivery and certification requirements appear in the new text.
• The updated notice adds a response date of October 23, 2026 at 5:00 PM Pacific, a posting date of October 19, a place of performance at JBLM, WA, and a product/service code (5680) and NAICS code (327390).

Why it matters: applicants can no longer tell what products to quote from the description alone. Vendors should check the amended attachments or the PIEE solicitation module for the actual item list and compliance requirements before pricing or submitting a quote.
